Summary
ArtClass is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to join our creative team in Los Angeles. As a Senior Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that promote our productions and brand within the film and entertainment industry. This position is located in Los Angeles and will be hybrid remote and in office.
This position will centralize efforts and streamline our brand’s presence across internal and external communications, continue to strengthen our brand and style, implement strategy and further push our PR efforts. The goal of this role is company recognition, brand equity and centralization of marketing materials.

Roles & Responsibilities
Marketing Strategy: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies and campaigns to promote ArtClass, LLC’s productions, services, and brand within the film and entertainment industry.
Content Creation & Social Media Management: Collaborate with production & post teams to source final projects available to post. Ensure all assets are approved to share by internal management, brands and agencies with proper accreditation prior to posting. Create assets in line with ArtClass brand guidelines to share on specific social channels including but not limited to Instagram and LinkedIn.
PR & Media Relations: Build and maintain relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and PR agencies to secure press coverage and feature articles. Weekly meetings with PR company
Email Marketing: Create and deploy monthly email newsletters and manage subscription audiences.
Event Management: Plan and oversee marketing initiatives for industry events, film festivals, and premieres.
Digital Marketing: Manage digital marketing efforts, including social media campaigns, email marketing, and website content to engage and grow the online audience.
Brand Management: Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials.
Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets, tracking expenses and ROI.
Analytics and Reporting: Analyze marketing data and metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.
Audience Research: Conduct market research to identify target audiences, industry trends, and opportunities for engagement.
Requirements
3-4 years of relevant experience as a Marketing Manager in a US-based creative company.
Deep knowledge of the film and entertainment industry in the US and passion for film and advertising.
Proficiency in design software, such as Adobe In-Design, Photoshop, Illustrator.
Basic video editing experience in Premiere Pro, CapCut or other professional program.
Experience working with PR agencies.
Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Creative mindset with a strong eye for design and content.
Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
