    Summary

    Are you a film enthusiast with a keen interest in post-production? ArtClass is seeking a Junior Part-time Post Production Vault Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for organizing incoming and outgoing drives, handling shipping logistics, and providing support in our post-production department. This position is perfect for someone eager to learn the ropes of post-production and take the first step toward becoming an Assistant Editor.

    Roles & Responsibilities

    Drive Management: Organize incoming and outgoing media drives, ensuring they are properly labeled and stored for easy access.

    Shipping Coordination: Handle shipping logistics, including packaging and sending media drives via FedEx to various destinations.

    Learning Opportunity: Express a genuine interest in learning the intricacies of post-production workflows. Work closely with our experienced editors and producers to gain valuable industry insights.

    Prior Editing Knowledge: Utilize your prior knowledge of editing to assist the post-production team as needed.

    Google Suite Proficiency: Use Google Suite tools for documentation, organization, and collaboration.

    Assistant Editor Aspirations: Show enthusiasm for progressing in your career and becoming an Assistant Editor in the future.

    In-person Role: This position is in-person at our Los Angeles location, allowing for hands-on experience in a creative production environment.

    Requirements

    Resides in Los Angeles, CA.

    Prior knowledge of editing and post-production processes.

    Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

    Proficiency in Google Suite.

    Enthusiastic about learning and growing in the post-production field.

    Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
