RYAN EBNER

Known for his razor-sharp and understated comedic performances, Ryan Ebner is an internationally award-winning writer/director originally from Fargo, ND. He landed his first job in an ad agency at age 16, setting the stage for a distinguished career in elite creative shops such as Butler, Shine & Stern, Wieden & Kennedy, Chiat/Day, BBH, BBDO, and 180. His work is renowned for its ability to stand out and get noticed.

As a former creative director, Ryan is frequently asked to contribute to scriptwriting for projects he directs, making him a key figure for direct-to-client campaigns with companies like Apple, Fitbit, and Activision’s Call of Duty franchise. His work has been celebrated in D&AD, The One Show, Communication Arts, and Cannes Lions, where he won a Silver Lion for his branded short film “Meanomorphosis” for Secret.

Ryan has directed campaigns for major brands including Ford, P&G, Slim Jim, Sour Patch Kids, AT&T, Verizon, Reebok, Snickers, and Fox Sports. His most recent narrative film, “The Light Side,” premiered at the Tribeca Film Festival.
